A fully personalised jewelry experience
Designing a custom piece means you get to design your own jewelry to your exact taste and add personal details. For engagement rings, you can design one from scratch using a new diamond or we can design around an heirloom diamond that has been passed down through generations. Looking for something new to celebrate one of life's many milestones or just looking for something to celebrate YOU, we can redesign one of your current pieces or start from scratch to create your vision.
At VITTORIA, we offer a service and create a luxury experience, customized just for you. You will work one-on-one with Vittoria who, as a visionary, artist, and gemologist, can bring your vision to life. All of this can be done virtually from the comfort of your own home. We will work with you over e-mail, text, phone, or zoom.
consultation
We offer a 30 minute complimentary design consultation. This consultation is one-on-one with Vittoria to discuss the idea you had in mind for your custom piece of jewelry. The consultation can be held by phone or video chat.

Gemstone Selection
We will help you select your center diamond or gemstone through our vast network of suppliers. The diamonds we source are all GIA certified and can either be newbies to the diamond pipeline or post-consumer recycled estate diamonds. The colored gemstones are sourced from a vast network of suppliers all of whom are vetted to ensure that we only work with vendors adhering to sustainable practices and when possible, sourcing directly from artisanal miners. We are also more than happy to work with your heirloom diamonds or gems.
You will receive a hand-rendered, realistic sketch of the proposed piece. The drawings are detailed, realistic and show multiple views of the jewelry so there are no surprises when we move into the fabrication stage.

Delivery of Your Jewelry
After you have approved the 3D model, we lovingly hand-craft your piece of jewelry and present you with your modern heirloom. Also included is a certificate of authenticity and an Insurance Replacement Document.
